Charlie obtained a bachelor of fine art at queensland college of art in brisbane with an interdisciplinary study of jewellery small objects whilst mieke studied her masters in fine arts ceramics at the australian national university in canberra. The ceramic house is a large open warehouse studio conducting classes masterclasses studio sessions alongside a shop and cafe area. Clay may be purchased by the bag onsite at the ceramic house. Pieces need to undergo 10 days of drying a bisque firing glazing then a glaze firing in order to be completed.
